• Responsible for driving sales performance and expanding market coverage within Regionals by leading teams and ensuring strong execution of sales strategies.
• Up to 4,000,000 MMK and other allowances

Description

• Set and monitor sales targets, providing guidance and performance feedback
• Conduct regular field visits to supervise activities and ensure effective sales execution
• Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including associations and professional societies
• Organize and lead training and other capacity building events for healthcare professionals, including in-person gathering and online events

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Industry and at least 2 years of management experience
• Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantaged
• Business English is a must
• Must have strong leadership and sales management skills with the ability to drive team performance and execute sales plans effectively
