Description

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and forecasts to support business growth and market positioning
• Manage marketing budgets and performance, ensuring effective ROI and cost control
• Lead and manage the marketing team, including planning, performance review, and team development
• Oversee promotions, trade activities, and POSM execution to ensure strong market presence
• Analyse market trends and business performance, providing insights and reporting to senior management

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience and 5 years of experience in related industry 
• Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantaged
• Business English is a must
• Must have strong strategic leadership and analytical skills with the ability to manage budgets, teams, and marketing performance effectively
