Description

• Manage Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability
• Monitor business performance, costs, inventory, and operational KPIs to achieve targets
• Lead and develop operational teams, including workforce planning, training, and performance management
• Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, safety, and company standards across operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to drive operational improvements and business growth

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in related background
• Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantaged
• Business English is a must
• Must have strong operational leadership, financial management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive performance and operational excellence
