Description

• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve growth, profitability, and enrollment targets
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient processes and high service standards across the organization
• Lead sales and marketing initiatives to increase student enrollment and brand awareness
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management
• Manage and evaluate academic and sales teams, ensuring strong performance, quality delivery, and KPI achievement

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in education administration, school operations, or management
• Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantaged
• Business English is a must
• Must have strong leadership, business management, and strategic planning skills with the ability to manage operations, finance, sales, marketing, and academic performance effectively
