• Responsible for managing visa application processes, ensuring accurate documentation, excellent customer service, and efficient operational support while promoting value-added services
• Up to 1,500,000 MMK and other allowances

Description

• Review and prepare visa application documents to ensure completeness and compliance with requirements
• Provide customer support and guidance throughout the visa application process
• Perform accurate data entry and record management within internal systems
• Promote and upsell additional services to enhance customer experience and business revenue
• Coordinate with internal teams and applicants to ensure smooth and timely application processing

Requirements

• At least 1 years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantaged
• Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N2 or above) and Intermediate English communication are a must
• Must have strong customer service, administrative, and data management skills
