The position focuses on handling export shipments, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth communication with customers while maintaining service excellence in daily operations.

Description

• Manage customer communications and provide timely updates on shipment status
• Handle sea freight export operations, particularly CMP cargo handling
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth shipment execution and service delivery
• Support daily sales and operational activities to maintain service quality
• Maintain accuracy in documentation and shipment records
• Utilize shipping systems and tools to manage operations efficiently
• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries and operational issues promptly
• Work closely with team members to achieve operational and service targets

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CS experience in the freight forwarding industry
• Experience in sea freight export shipments, preferably CMP cargo
• Basic knowledge or familiarity with shipping software and systems
• Good written and spoken English communication skills
• Active, energetic, and able to work effectively in a team environment
