Description
- Translate the company’s 3–5 year strategic vision into actionable business plans across departments
- Drive commercial and operational alignment to deliver revenue growth and profitability
- Identify and develop new market opportunities, including expansion within healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors
- Lead end-to-end supply chain integration across procurement, warehousing, and distribution
- Ensure operational readiness to handle pharmaceutical products, including temperature-sensitive and regulated goods
- Optimize operational workflows to eliminate bottlenecks and enhance throughput while maintaining compliance standards
- Ensure seamless coordination with internal teams, group entities, and external partners
- Oversee compliant handling, storage, and distribution of pharmaceutical and healthcare products
- Ensure adherence to GDP (Good Distribution Practice), regulatory, and quality assurance standards
- Implement and maintain robust systems for cold chain management, traceability, and risk mitigation
- Collaborate with regulatory bodies, principals, and stakeholders to ensure product integrity and compliance
- Take full ownership of operational P&L and financial performance
- Consolidate and manage departmental budgets with a focus on cost optimization and ROI
- Drive financial discipline, forecasting accuracy, and performance tracking
- Lead digital transformation initiatives to transition from manual to advanced operational systems
- Implement data-driven decision-making, analytics, and process improvements
- Ensure operational systems scale effectively with increasing demand and regulatory complexity
- Build, mentor, and develop a strong leadership pipeline across departments
- Drive succession planning and strengthen organizational capability
- Promote a performance-driven culture with accountability and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Master’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration (MBA), or related field
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations, with strong exposure to pharmaceutical or healthcare supply chain
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing multi-functional teams
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical distribution, cold chain logistics, and regulatory compliance (GDP standards preferred)
- Strong track record in P&L management and commercial growth delivery
- Expertise in operational optimization, digital transformation, and risk management frameworks
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic decision-making capabilities
- Ability to operate in complex, regulated, and fast-evolving environments
