The Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a senior commercial leader to drive the overall sales and distribution strategy of a large-scale organization. The role will oversee multiple sales channels, distribution networks, retail operations, and commercial performance to maximize revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading high-performing sales teams, developing long-term business plans, managing channel partnerships, and ensuring the delivery of sustainable commercial growth across the organization.

Description

  • Develop and execute the overall Sales & Distribution strategy aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
  • Lead nationwide sales, retail, and distribution operations to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Drive business performance through effective commercial planning, KPI management, and sales execution.
  • Establish and enhance customer-focused sales and service strategies to improve customer experience and retention.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with distributors, retail partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Oversee sales operations, distribution management, logistics coordination, and sales support functions.
  • Develop budgets, resource plans, and investment strategies to support long-term business growth.
  • Monitor market dynamics, competitive activities, and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead, coach, and develop senior commercial teams to build a high-performance culture.
  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership to drive strategic initiatives and business transformation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 15 years of commercial experience with significant exposure to sales and distribution leadership roles in telecom business.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale sales and distribution operations.
  • Strong experience in channel management, retail operations, distributor management, and commercial strategy development.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and people development skills.
  • Experience managing large cross-functional teams and complex commercial operations.
  • International exposure or regional experience would be a strong advantage.
