The Role

Description

• Conduct comprehensive market research and analyze industry data to identify market trends and business opportunities.
• Evaluate property values, market conditions, and financial performance to support investment and advisory decisions.
• Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and client deliverables with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
• Conduct site visits and property inspections to gather relevant market and project information.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders regarding project activities, information collection, and site assessments.
• Support the successful delivery of consultancy assignments in collaboration with internal teams.
• Assist in business development activities and contribute to the growth of consultancy services.
• Generate leads and referrals through digital platforms, including social media and online channels.
• Support client relationship management and assist in identifying new business opportunities.
• Assist in implementing sales processes and supporting departmental initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline. Higher qualifications will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Interest in real estate, property consulting, market research, or investment analysis is highly preferred.
