Description
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth and profitability targets.
- Prepare sales forecasts and support inventory planning.
- Manage, strengthen, and expand the dealer and retailer network across key agricultural areas.
- Identify new business opportunities and product lines to support long-term growth.
- Monitor market trends, customer behaviours, and competitor activities to guide product positioning and pricing strategies.
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns, field demonstrations, and promotional activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant sales and distribution experience in agriculture industry (vegetable seed experience is a strong advantage)
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- A strong leadership, management skills are key parts of the role
- Willingness to travel frequently nationwide
