Exciting opportunity for an experienced individual who has a strong sales experience background in sanitary, or other construction industry

About the Company

Our client is a leading local construction materials trading company that provides variety of marbles, stones, tiles and flooring materials.  

Description

• Develop the sales growth and achieve annual sales targets
• Ensure the showroom is well-organized, clean, and aligned with brand/product presentation standards
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely stock availability
• Oversee the sales pipeline, forecasting, and performance tracking
• Directly report to the Head of Sales 

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail/showroom management, preferably in construction materials or building supplies
• Strong product knowledge in construction materials (tiles, cement, fittings, etc.)
• Business English is a must
• Must have a strong interpersonal, leadership skill
