• Overseeing and managing all planning and delivering engaging lessons, managing the classroom environment, assessing student progress, and fostering a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere

• Up to 700, 000 MMK plus other allowances

The Role

This role focuses on managing classroom, preparing lesson plan and coordinating learning environment

Description

• Prepare detailed lesson plans based on the provided curriculum

• Develop engaging, age-appropriate activities and learning materials

• Establish clear learning goals and expected outcomes for each class

• Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities

• Facilitate interactive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environments

• Meet or exceed student retention targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Monitor and track progress toward monthly and quarterly educational goals

• Maintain discipline and a positive classroom atmosphere

• Set and communicate clear behavioral rules and expectations

• Manage conflicts and disruptive behavior calmly and fairly

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education, or a related field preferred

• Relevant teaching certification or training in early childhood education is an advantage

• Prior experience in teaching or childcare is highly desirable

• Competency in Microsoft Office and Strong lesson planning and organizational skills

• Effective communication skills with students, parents, and colleagues

• Ability to assess and monitor student progress accurately
