The Role
The role will oversee company wide HR operations and administrative functions across retail stores, warehouses, and the head office. You will play a key role in strengthening HR systems, employee engagement, and service oriented culture that aligns with the fast paced consumer goods and cosmetics retail environment

Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management initiatives
- Manage employee relations, performance appraisals, training, and development programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements
- Promote a positive workplace culture that enhances employee engagement and retention
- Lead day-to-day administrative operations, including office management, facilities, and internal processes
- Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and office resources
- Oversee administrative budgets and ensure effective resource allocation
- Develop and implement administrative policies to optimize operational efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5–7 years of HR and administrative management experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Experience in retail, consumer goods, cosmetics, FMCG, or service oriented industries is a strong advantage
- Solid knowledge of Myanmar labor laws, HR compliance, and workplace standards
- Hands on experience with HR systems, payroll management, and recruitment platforms
- Strong communication, leadership, and people management skills
- Ability to manage multiple HR and admin functions in a fast paced retail environment
