HR & Admin Manager at a Leading Cosmetics Company in Yangon, Myanmar
  • Lead and manage all human resources and administrative functions, working closely with department heads to drive organizational effectiveness. 
  • Up to 3,000,000 MMK and Other Allowances
 
The Role
 
The role will oversee company wide HR operations and administrative functions across retail stores, warehouses, and the head office. You will play a key role in strengthening HR systems, employee engagement, and service oriented culture that aligns with the fast paced consumer goods and cosmetics retail environment

The company continues to expand its distribution channels, retail outlets, and product portfolio while investing in people’s development and modern HR practices to support its growth
 
Description
 
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management initiatives
  • Manage employee relations, performance appraisals, training, and development programs
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements
  • Promote a positive workplace culture that enhances employee engagement and retention
  • Lead day-to-day administrative operations, including office management, facilities, and internal processes
  • Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and office resources
  • Oversee administrative budgets and ensure effective resource allocation
  • Develop and implement administrative policies to optimize operational efficiency
 
Requirements
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 5–7 years of HR and administrative management experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
  • Experience in retail, consumer goods, cosmetics, FMCG, or service oriented industries is a strong advantage
  • Solid knowledge of Myanmar labor laws, HR compliance, and workplace standards
  • Hands on experience with HR systems, payroll management, and recruitment platforms
  • Strong communication, leadership, and people management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple HR and admin functions in a fast paced retail environment
