The role will oversee administrative operations across head office, branches, and support units. You will strengthen administrative systems, ensure compliance with internal banking standards, and support smooth operational workflows

Description
- Lead and manage day-to-day administrative operations, including office management, facility services, and internal processes
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and compliance
- Oversee vendor management, procurement, and office supplies to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Ensure smooth coordination of internal communication and support for all departments
- Manage administrative budgets and ensure resources are allocated effectively
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and statutory requirements
- Supervise, mentor, and develop administrative staff to enhance team performance
- Support senior management in planning and executing organizational initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in administration, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Experience in financial institutions, corporate services, or regulated industries is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of administrative procedures, compliance standards, facility operations, and procurement processes
- Hands on experience with office management systems, documentation processes, and vendor management
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple administrative functions in a structured, compliance driven environment
- Attention to detail, problem solving mindset, and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
