Admin Manager at a Leading Financial Services Company in Yangon, Myanmar

The Role

The role will oversee administrative operations across head office, branches, and support units. You will strengthen administrative systems, ensure compliance with internal banking standards, and support smooth operational workflows

Description

  • Lead and manage day-to-day administrative operations, including office management, facility services, and internal processes
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and compliance
  • Oversee vendor management, procurement, and office supplies to ensure cost-effectiveness
  • Ensure smooth coordination of internal communication and support for all departments
  • Manage administrative budgets and ensure resources are allocated effectively
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and statutory requirements
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop administrative staff to enhance team performance
  • Support senior management in planning and executing organizational initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field 
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in administration, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role 
  • Experience in financial institutions, corporate services, or regulated industries is highly preferred 
  • Strong understanding of administrative procedures, compliance standards, facility operations, and procurement processes 
  • Hands on experience with office management systems, documentation processes, and vendor management 
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills 
  • Ability to handle multiple administrative functions in a structured, compliance driven environment 
  • Attention to detail, problem solving mindset, and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
