Description

• Managing the overall finance and accounting operations of the company
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and management accounts
• Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management processes
• Ensuring compliance with tax regulations, financial policies, and accounting standards
• Monitoring financial performance and providing strategic financial analysis to management
• Managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and banking relationships
• Supporting audit processes and coordinating with external auditors and tax consultants
• Leading and developing the finance team to ensure efficient financial operations

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field (ACCA preferred)
• Minimum 7 years of experience in finance and accounting functions, including management experience
• Proven experience in financial management, budgeting, and reporting within a logistics, supply chain, or related industry
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and financial regulations
• Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office
