Description

• Overseeing daily financial operations including accounting, financial reporting, and cash flow management
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
• Managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements, and company policies
• Monitoring internal controls and supporting audit processes to ensure financial accuracy and transparency
• Analyzing financial performance and providing recommendations to support business decisions
• Coordinating with internal departments, external auditors, and tax authorities on financial matters
• Leading and developing the finance and accounting team to ensure operational effectiveness

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, ACCA, CPA qualification preferred
• Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial management functions
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.
• Experience with financial audits, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of IFRS and local financial regulations is an advantage.
• Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office
