Description
- Overseeing daily financial operations including accounting, financial reporting, and cash flow management
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
- Managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements, and company policies
- Monitoring internal controls and supporting audit processes to ensure financial accuracy and transparency
- Analyzing financial performance and providing recommendations to support business decisions
- Coordinating with internal departments, external auditors, and tax authorities on financial matters
- Leading and developing the finance and accounting team to ensure operational effectiveness
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, ACCA, CPA qualification preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial management functions
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.
- Experience with financial audits, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of IFRS and local financial regulations is an advantage.
- Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office
