HR and Admin Manager at a Leading Construction Company in Yangon, Myanmar

  • Lead and manage HR and administrative operations including recruitment, employee relations, office administration, policy implementation, and compliance to support overall business operations
  • Up to 2,500,000 MMK + Transportation Allowance

The Role

The role involves overseeing all human resources and administrative functions including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, office administration, policy implementation, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company procedures within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Description

  • Managing end-to-end HR and administrative operations to ensure smooth business functions
  • Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management processes
  • Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and company regulations
  • Managing office administration, facility management, vendor coordination, and workplace operations
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws, company policies, and health & safety regulations
  • Supporting training and development initiatives to enhance employee capabilities
  • Preparing HR reports, employee records, and administrative documentation
  • Handling employee disciplinary matters, grievances, and workplace conflict resolution
  • Managing compensation, attendance, leave administration, and employee welfare programs

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in HR and administration functions, including management-level experience
  • Proven experience in HR operations, administration management, and employee relations within a manufacturing or similar industry
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and administrative procedures
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
