Description
- Managing end-to-end HR and administrative operations to ensure smooth business functions
- Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management processes
- Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and company regulations
- Managing office administration, facility management, vendor coordination, and workplace operations
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws, company policies, and health & safety regulations
- Supporting training and development initiatives to enhance employee capabilities
- Preparing HR reports, employee records, and administrative documentation
- Handling employee disciplinary matters, grievances, and workplace conflict resolution
- Managing compensation, attendance, leave administration, and employee welfare programs
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in HR and administration functions, including management-level experience
- Proven experience in HR operations, administration management, and employee relations within a manufacturing or similar industry
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and administrative procedures
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
