Description

• Supporting the Finance Manager in overseeing daily finance and accounting operations
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports accurately and on time
• Managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decisions
• Monitoring cash flow, cost control, and financial performance across operations
• Ensuring compliance with taxation, financial regulations, and company policies
• Coordinating with internal and external auditors during financial audits
• Supervising finance team members and supporting process improvements within the department
• Maintaining accurate financial records and accounting documentation

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, LCCI, ACCA qualification preferred. 
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and accounting functions
• Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, or audit within a retail or similar industry
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and financial management practices
• Proficiency in accounting software, and Microsoft Office
