• Lead and manage all finance and accounting functions including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, taxation, compliance, and financial planning to support business growth and operational efficiency
• Up to 6,000,000 MMK + Transportation Allowance 

The Role

The role is responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of finance and accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective budget management, strong internal controls, regulatory compliance, and strategic financial support for business operations within a dynamic international manufacturing environment.

Description

• Leading and managing daily finance and accounting operations across the organization
• Preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
• Developing and managing budgets, forecasts, and financial planning processes to support strategic objectives
• Monitoring cash flow, working capital, and overall financial performance to ensure business sustainability
• Ensuring compliance with local taxation laws, financial regulations, and corporate governance requirements
• Coordinating with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities during audits and inspections
• Providing financial analysis and strategic recommendations to senior management for business decision-making
• Leading, mentoring, and developing finance team members to enhance departmental performance

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, LCCI, ACCA qualification preferred. 
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in finance and accounting functions
• Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, or audit within manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and financial management practices
• Proficiency in accounting software, and Microsoft Office
