The role will oversee curriculum implementation, teacher performance, academic planning, student 
progress, and professional development while working closely with school leadership, teachers, students,
and parents.

Description

• Lead and oversee the implementation of the school's academic programs, curriculum, and teaching standards
• Work closely with the School Principal and senior leadership team to develop and execute academic strategies and improvement plans
• Monitor teaching and learning quality through classroom observations, academic reviews, and performance monitoring
• Support teachers in lesson planning, instructional strategies, assessment practices, and classroom management
• Lead curriculum planning, review, development, and alignment with international education standards
• Monitor student academic performance and progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate interventions
• Coordinate academic assessments, examinations, reporting, and other academic activities
• Maintain strong communication with parents and provide appropriate support regarding students' academic progress and development

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a relevant academic discipline. 
• Minimum of 5–8 years of teaching or academic experience, with at least 2–3 years in an academic leadership, coordinator, or management position
• Experience working in an international school or international education environment is strongly preferred
• Experience in curriculum development, teacher coaching, performance management, and professional development
• Strong knowledge of international curricula, teaching methodologies, assessment practices, and academic quality standards
• Good command of English and Burmese, both written and spoken
