The Role

Lead and manage the company's financial control and accounting functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, cost control, cash flow management, taxation, compliance, and internal controls, while providing financial insights to support strategic business decisions and improve overall financial 
performance.

Description

• Oversee all finance and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely reporting
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
• Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, receivables, payables, and overall financial performance
• Oversee manufacturing cost accounting, product costing, inventory valuation, and variance analysis
• Ensure timely tax submissions and compliance with applicable tax laws and regulatory requirements in Myanmar
• Coordinate annual audits and work closely with external auditors, tax advisors, banks, and relevant authorities
• Develop and strengthen internal controls, financial policies, accounting procedures, and risk management practices
• Analyze financial results, key performance indicators, and budget variances and provide recommendations to management
• Support senior management with financial analysis for business planning, investment decisions and operational improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification is preferred
• Minimum 13 years of experience in finance and accounting field
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, costing, internal control and Myanmar financial regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting or ERP systems
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Good command of English and Burmese, both written and spoken
