The Role
Lead and manage the HR function for the manufacturing operation, overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training, and compliance to ensure an effective and productive workforce.

Our client is a materials manufacturing company operating in Mudon, Mon State, specializing in the production and supply of high-quality materials for industrial and commercial applications.
Description
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies aligned with manufacturing operations and business objectives
- Manage recruitment and workforce planning to ensure sufficient staffing across production, warehouse, administration, and other functions
- Oversee employee onboarding, attendance, leave management, and personnel administration
- Manage employee relations, including disciplinary actions, grievances, conflict resolution, and workplace issues
- Develop and manage performance appraisal processes to improve employee productivity and performance
- Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and other employee-related matters
- Ensure compliance with Myanmar labor laws, workplace regulations, and company HR policies
- Lead and develop the HR team to ensure effective delivery of HR services
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Experience in a manufacturing, factory, industrial, or production environment is strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of Myanmar labor laws and HR best practices
- Hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, performance management, and workforce planning
- Strong understanding of factory workforce management and employee relations
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a site-based manufacturing environment
- Chinese language proficiency is an advantage
- Good command of English and Burmese, with strong verbal and written communication skills
