The Role
Lead and manage the company’s human resources function, overseeing recruitment, talent management, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and HR policy implementation. Ensure effective people management practices that support business objectives, employee development, and a positive workplace culture.

Our client is an established Media Production company in Yangon, operating in a dynamic industry and delivering media-related services to a diverse range of clients and business partners.
Description
- Develop workforce plans and recruitment strategies for the pre-launch and operational phases.
- Manage recruitment, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Prepare employment contracts, job descriptions, and HR policies.
- Manage employee records, attendance, leave, and benefits administration.
- Coordinate payroll information with the Finance Department.
- Establish performance appraisal and employee development processes.
- Support staff training, workplace communication, and employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor regulations.
- Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 4–5 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong understanding of recruitment, employee relations, and local labor practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience recruiting for creative, technical, or media-related positions is an advantage.
