The Role

Lead and manage the talent acquisition function, overseeing recruitment planning, candidate sourcing, selection, employer branding, and onboarding. Ensure effective recruitment practices to attract and retain qualified talent while supporting the school's staffing needs and educational objectives.

Description

• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to meet the school's staffing requirements
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for teaching, administrative, and support positions
• Work closely with school leaders and department heads to identify workforce needs
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, recruitment agencies, and professional networks
• Coordinate candidate screening, interviews, reference checks, and selection processes
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future vacancies
• Strengthen employer branding to attract qualified local and international candidates
• Manage recruitment records, reports, and hiring metrics
• Oversee offer preparation, employment documentation, and onboarding coordination
• Ensure recruitment practices comply with applicable labor regulations and school policies
• Lead and support the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets and timelines

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 4–5 years of relevant talent acquisition or recruitment experience
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder relationships
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, negotiation, and candidate assessment skills
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Experience recruiting for international schools or the education sector is an advantage
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment deadlines
• Strong English proficiency is a must
