The Role

Lead and oversee the group’s financial management function, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, budgeting, cash flow management, financial reporting, and risk management. Ensure strong financial controls, regulatory compliance, and accurate financial information to support strategic decision-making and business objectives across the group.

Description

• Oversee group-wide financial operations, accounting activities, and financial reporting
• Develop annual budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term financial plans
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and overall financial performance
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
• Establish and maintain effective financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Monitor costs, analyze financial performance, and identify opportunities for cost optimization
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, tax authorities, and other financial stakeholders
• Lead and develop the finance and accounting teams across the group
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic planning and business growth

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• ACCA, CPA, or other relevant professional qualifications are preferred
• Minimum 10-15 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, including senior management or group-level responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, taxation, and internal controls
• Experience managing financial operations across multiple business units or companies
• Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in the trading or distribution industry is an advantage
