• Responsible for leading business strategic planning and performance management, driving organizational alignment, monitoring key business objectives, and providing data-driven insights to support management decision-making and business growth
• Up to 4,000,000 MMK plus other allowances

The Role

An exciting opportunity for a strategic and analytical Strategic Planning and Management professional to support the organization’s strategic direction and business growth. This role will oversee performance tracking, strategic initiatives, and business analysis while working closely with senior management and key stakeholders to drive effective execution and results

Description

• Monitor overall business performance and identify key trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities
• Establish, track, and evaluate KPIs across business units and functions
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports and dashboards for management
• Analyze marketing campaign performance, ROI, and key business metrics, providing actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with business, product, and planning teams to support business strategies and initiatives
• Lead regular performance review meetings with HODs and relevant stakeholders
• Conduct ad hoc business analysis and prepare data-driven recommendations for management
• Present key findings and insights clearly to senior management
• Lead and develop a team of analysts, ensuring quality and timely delivery of work

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Business Performance Management, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and identify meaningful insights
• Strong experience in KPI management, performance reporting, dashboards, and business analysis
• Good understanding of financial metrics, business performance, and commercial objectives
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior
• stakeholders
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; experience with BI/dashboard tools is an advantage
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and meeting facilitation skills
• Good command of written and spoken English
