• Responsible for leading the product lifecycle, defining technical product roadmaps, and optimizing end-to-end e-commerce and booking platform architectures
• Up to 4,000,000 MMK plus other attractive allowances

Our client is a prominent online travel technology company in Myanmar, dedicated to delivering digital booking solutions, integrated payment integrations, and web/mobile platform services to travelers nationwide

The Role

• Participate in architecture and technical discussions, asking the right questions and ensuring key decisions are aligned with business and delivery objectives without requiring hands-on coding
• Proactively identify potential risks and bottlenecks across payments, scalability, system connectivity, and infrastructure before they impact business operations
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, translating complex technical concepts into clear, practical business language
• Monitor delivery velocity and project progress, identify opportunities for improvement, and continuously drive the team toward faster and more effective execution
• Partner with the CTO in managing developer performance, with the CTO providing technical assessment and guidance while owning the delivery, collaboration, accountability, and behavioural aspects of performance management

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hands-on product management experience within tech companies, e-commerce, or online booking platforms, with a strong background in technical/engineering roles
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Myanmar language
