• Responsible for leading the strategy, deployment, and ongoing optimization of core enterprise platforms, infrastructure, and IT service delivery across the organization
• Up to 1,800,000 MMK plus other attractive allowances

About the Company

Our client is a prominent online travel technology company in Myanmar, dedicated to delivering digital booking solutions, integrated payment integrations, and web/mobile platform services to travelers nationwide

The Role

• Optimize enterprise systems and lead the design and implementation of integrations with internal platforms and dashboards
• Lead new system rollouts, maintain SOPs, and provide IT onboarding and training
• Manage and mentor the internal IT team, ensuring reliable technical support across the organization and sister companies
• Oversee core enterprise applications, including communication, document management, collaboration, password management, customer service platforms, and AI tools
• Manage system access, credentials, sub-accounts, and password protocols for internal users and external agents
• Manage IT procurement, vendor negotiations, warranties, and technology evaluations to support scalability

Requirements

• · A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• · Minimum 4 years of experience in Systems Administration, IT management, Network Engineering, or a related field
• · Strong proficiency in English, both writing and speaking, to effectively collaborate with vendors, partners, and internal teams
• · Deep administrative knowledge of workspace tools, omnichannel platforms and a strong commitment to learning and integrating modern AI tools
