- Responsible for leading the international corporate banking strategy, managing large international corporate client portfolios, and driving business growth across banking segments
- Up to 8,000,000 MMK plus other attractive allowances
The Role
Excellent Opportunity for a well-experienced Head of Corporate Banking candidate who has a proven track record in driving business development, managing key client relationships, and structuring complex trade, lending, and cash management solutions

Our client is a well-established corporate banking in Myanmar with strong market presence and a growing focus on banking, corporate solutions, and trade facilitation services
The Role
- Define and execute the overall business strategy for the Corporate Banking division to achieve targets for revenue
- Understand clients’ business operations and financial needs to deliver tailored banking solutions that support their business objectives
- Promote and cross-sell the bank’s products and services, including loans, trade finance, treasury, and cash management solutions
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Relationship Managers, overseeing client relationship management, credit structuring, loan syndications, and trade finance solutions for corporate clients
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CFA is a plus)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Corporate or Commercial Banking
- Strong understanding of Myanmar banking regulations and CBM practices
- Good command of English and Myanmar language
