- Responsible for managing daily showroom operations, ensuring excellent customer experience, driving sales, leading the team, and maintaining brand standards

Description
- Manage showroom staff, including sales executives and customer service representatives
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries or complaints professionally
- Conduct regular performance reviews and training for showroom staff
- Maintain compliance with company policies and automotive regulations
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in the related industry and at least 5 years of experience in a management level
- Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantageous
- Business English is a must
- Monitor competitor activities and market conditions
