Description
- Supervise and guide F&B service staff during daily operations
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution
- Prepare shift reports and communicate key updates to management
- Assist in stock control, inventory, and ordering supplies
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in the related industry and at least 2 years of experience in the management level
- Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantageous
- Business English is a must
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of F&B staff in the restaurant, café, or dining areas
