Description

• Develop and execute a key account strategy to grow revenue and client retention

• Build and maintain strong relationships with top clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions

• Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, product, and operations to meet client expectations

• Prepare and present regular reports on key account metrics to senior management

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in the related industry and at least 3 years of experience in a management level

• Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantaged

• Business English is a must

• Deep understanding of client business models, industries, and marketing challenges
