• Responsible for driving showroom sales, supervising the sales team, and executing marketing strategies to promote the jewellery brand and attract customers

• Up to 900,000 MMK and other allowances

Description

• Supervise and lead the sales team on the showroom floor, ensuring excellent customer service and meeting sales targets

• Manage daily store operations, including staff scheduling, performance monitoring, and sales reporting

• Build and maintain relationships with VIP clients, influencers, and potential partners

• Collaborate with designers and product teams for merchandising and product display strategies

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in the related industry

• Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantaged

• Business English is a must

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase store traffic and brand visibility
