The Role
This role is responsible for overseeing the full supply chain function, including procurement, warehousing, logistics, and inventory management. You will lead operational planning, strengthen supplier relationships, and drive efficient, cost-effective supply chain processes to support business growth and nationwide operations

Description
- Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain operations across procurement, logistics, warehouse, and inventory functions
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve operational efficiency and cost performance
- Forecast demand and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing excess stock
- Coordinate procurement activities and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners
- Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and service agreements to optimize supply chain performance
- Oversee warehouse and distribution operations to ensure smooth and timely product movement
- Monitor and analyze key supply chain KPIs including stock turnover, fulfillment rate, lead time, and logistics cost
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational processes and service quality
- Lead, coach, and develop the supply chain team to achieve business objectives and performance targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA or Supply Chain Diploma is preferred
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in supply chain operations, including at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Experience in the agriculture industry is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, warehousing, and inventory management
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment
