Description
- Ensure proper design, installation, operation, and maintenance of all plant equipment and facilities
- Implement safety systems and practices to protect personnel, equipment, and facilities
- Troubleshoot and perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and address EOHS and quality risks
- Maintain accurate documentation of facility systems and ensure the availability of critical spare parts for maintenance
- Lead improvement initiatives, support engineering projects, and assist with government inspections and compliance
- Oversee training programs, maintain high operational standards, and manage expenses within budget limits
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degrees of Engineering
- At least over 7 years’ experience in manufacturing Industry (FMCG experience Preferred)
- Strong understanding engineering processes in an MNC environment
- At least Business English
