Description

• Plan, direct, and coordinate all manufacturing activities to meet production targets
• Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring optimal resource utilization
• Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to maintain efficiency
• Ensure products meet established quality standards and specification
• Implement and oversee quality control procedures and protocols
• Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety policies and procedures
• Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions as necessary
• Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products
• Coordinate maintenance and repair of production equipment to minimize downtime
• Prepare and manage budgets related to production activities
• Supervise and mentor production staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
• Stay updated with technological advancements and integrate relevant innovations into production

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a production management role within the chemical, fertilizer, or pesticides industry
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control systems
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Proficiency in production planning and inventory control
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations
