Description
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and supervising maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance of electrical systems and machinery
- Support the implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and improve efficiency
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues in coordination with the maintenance team
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, operational procedures, and industry standards
- Manage maintenance records, spare parts inventory, and procurement of necessary materials
- Work closely with production teams to minimize disruptions and optimize equipment performance
- Provide guidance and training to maintenance staff to enhance skills and efficiency
- Assist in budgeting, cost control, and continuous improvement initiatives for the maintenance department
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or E.P Engineering preferred
- At least 5 years of electrical experience
- EI certification preferred
- AutoCAD knowledge and understanding
- Strong leadership skills
