Description
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies across food, beverage, packaging, and non-food categories
- Source and secure reliable suppliers while ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and long-term value
- Manage supply forecasting, seasonal procurement, and demand planning to ensure consistent product availability
- Lead logistics, warehousing, and distribution planning to maintain a balanced and responsive supply chain
- Implement inventory systems that reduce waste and optimize stock levels across all locations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, and culinary teams on procurement budgets and cost tracking
- Analyze supplier performance and lead ongoing improvement initiatives through structured evaluations
- Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, price movements, and inventory turnover
- Uphold compliance with safety, food quality, and industry regulations while managing supplier-related risks
- Support sustainability, ethical sourcing, and business continuity through best-in-class procurement practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Over 5 years of experience in strategic procurement, including both food and non-food categories
- Strong background in demand forecasting, supplier negotiation, inventory management, and logistics coordination
- Proven ability to lead cross-department procurement functions and deliver cost and quality improvements
- Experience working with ERP or supply chain management systems
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills
- Strong leadership with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple teams and levels
