This is a hands-on technical role supporting product development and formulation for food and beverage solutions. The position collaborates closely with sales teams and customers to drive innovation, troubleshoot applications, and support business growth through tailored solutions

Description

• Develop and test food and beverage chemical formulations based on customer needs and application trends
• Provide prototypes, formulations, and technical documentation to support sales opportunities
• Conduct laboratory trials to ensure stability, quality, and regulatory compliance
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand emerging trends and create innovative solutions
• Assist in customer trials and provide on-site technical support as needed
• Maintain technical documentation, equipment calibration records, and raw material databases
• Analyze current product portfolios and suggest formulation improvements for key clients
• Train the sales team on product functionality and formulation knowledge
• Ensure hygiene and safety standards are upheld in sample preparation and lab processes
• Support resolution of technical challenges related to performance, compliance, or new product integration

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in product development or technical support in the food & beverage or food ingredient sector
• Good understanding of formulation techniques, sensory evaluation, and application testing
• Proficiency in laboratory operations, safety standards, and report generation
• Strong communication skills in English and local language
• Collaborative, detail-oriented, and customer-focused approach
