The Role

A high-impact leadership role responsible for managing customs clearance, domestic logistics, and vendor operations. This position is ideal for a logistics professional with strong cross-border knowledge, vendor negotiation experience, and the ability to build and manage high-performing teams

The Role

• Oversee and improve cross-border and port customs clearance operations at key locations
• Lead container haulage and truck logistics across major trade routes
• Negotiate with transport vendors and partners to secure cost-effective logistics services
• Manage and mentor direct reports including customs, base, and logistics operations managers
• Drive performance improvements, cost-control measures, and customer-focused solutions
• Collaborate with HR, finance, customer service, and overseas teams to ensure operational alignment
• Stay up to date with customs regulations, trade documentation, and compliance requirements
• Identify and implement strategies to enhance route optimization and operational efficiency
• Support business development efforts by advising on logistics solutions for new markets or clients

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business-related field
• Minimum 8 years of logistics and cross-border experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Strong understanding of customs clearance processes, container operations, and regional transport networks
• Proven success in vendor negotiations, cost management, and operational problem-solving
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience managing diverse teams
