About the Company
A trusted inspection and quality assurance company working with world-renowned apparel and lifestyle brands, providing on-the-ground inspection services for factories across Myanmar
The Role
- Conduct quality checks at factories and ensure compliance with client specifications
- Support pre-production, inline, and final inspections for garments, shoes, and accessories
- Maintain clear communication with clients, both written and verbal, in Japanese and English
- Create and submit accurate inspection reports with photos and detailed findings
- Liaise with factories to address quality issues and follow up on corrective actions
- Support internal QC team to meet delivery timelines and service expectations
- Travel to supplier factories within Yangon as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in QC, preferably in garment, apparel, footwear, or accessories
- Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above preferred); English communication skills required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues
- Familiarity with QC inspection processes and reporting tools
- Willingness to travel to factory sites regularly
