- Oversee daily transport operations and fleet management to support a nationwide retail network

The Role
- Handle daily transportation operations, coordinating between warehouse and fleet teams
- Manage outsourced fleet suppliers and monitor KPIs for performance and delivery standards
- Oversee own fleet repairs, maintenance, and fuel usage tracking
- Solve real-time transport challenges and support store delivery schedules
- Process supplier payments and maintain accurate transport cost records
- Investigate and resolve cargo loss or damage issues
- Support development of internal logistics services aligned with company growth strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Solid understanding of transport and fleet management
- Strong reporting and Excel skills
- Proactive, with good communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- English proficiency required
