• Oversee daily transport operations and fleet management to support a nationwide retail network

The Role

• Handle daily transportation operations, coordinating between warehouse and fleet teams
• Manage outsourced fleet suppliers and monitor KPIs for performance and delivery standards
• Oversee own fleet repairs, maintenance, and fuel usage tracking
• Solve real-time transport challenges and support store delivery schedules
• Process supplier payments and maintain accurate transport cost records
• Investigate and resolve cargo loss or damage issues
• Support development of internal logistics services aligned with company growth strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Solid understanding of transport and fleet management
• Strong reporting and Excel skills
• Proactive, with good communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• English proficiency required
