Fresh Food (Warehouse) Executive at a Market Leading Retailer in Yangon, Myanmar
- Manage warehouse operations for fresh food at the distribution center
- Up to 1,500,000 MMK + Allowances
The Role
Ideal for professionals with experience in fresh food warehousing, inventory, and team leadership. You’ll oversee the inbound and outbound flow for perishable products, ensuring freshness, accuracy, and safety

The Role
- Supervise inbound and outbound operations at the distribution center
- Organize storage and manage inventory levels for fresh food products
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with company standards
- Oversee warehouse staff and ensure smooth daily operations
- Monitor stock accuracy and resolve any logistics or inventory issues
- Analyze inventory data, shipping reports, and worker performance metrics
- Maintain strong communication and provide updates to management
- Lead, motivate, and develop warehouse teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree; additional training in logistics, supply chain, or business is a plus
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in warehouse and inventory operations, preferably in FMCG or fresh food
- Advanced computer skills and ability to analyze operational data
- Strong communication skills in Burmese and conversational English
- Prior experience in front-line management is a strong advantage
