The Role
An exciting opportunity for a seasoned supply chain professional to lead operations and logistics for a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will bring experience in process improvement, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration within a manufacturing environment

Description
- Lead and coach the operations team to build a competent, engaged, and future-ready workforce
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures, ISO standards, and HSEQ management systems
- Oversee logistics setup, warehouse operations, and inventory management for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods
- Drive continuous improvement using KPIs and operations systems to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
- Plan and lead capital investment projects in line with HSE and capacity needs
- Foster collaboration across departments to align operational goals with company strategy
- Participate in management meetings to coordinate improvement initiatives
- Develop and monitor supply chain strategies to meet both current and future customer demands
- Take ownership of HSEQ within the area of responsibility
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in logistics, operations, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a supply chain management role, ideally within manufacturing
- Proven leadership and team development capabilities
- Strong understanding of operational compliance and international standard
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in both spoken and written English
