Description

• Lead the overall planning, execution, and successful delivery of large-scale construction projects from design through final handover
• Develop project strategies, master schedules, and resource plans to achieve project milestones within budget and timeline
• Direct multidisciplinary project teams, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure efficient project execution
• Monitor construction quality, technical compliance, and adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and regulatory requirements
• Review construction methodologies, shop drawings, material submissions, and engineering solutions to optimize project delivery
• Oversee project budgets, cost control, variation management, and commercial performance in collaboration with quantity surveying teams
• Conduct regular site reviews, identify project risks, and implement mitigation strategies to minimize delays and operational issues
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, statutory regulations, and company governance throughout all project phases
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, government authorities, and key stakeholders to facilitate project approvals and successful execution
• Prepare executive-level project reports, performance updates, and strategic recommendations for senior management
• Lead project commissioning, final inspections, and handover activities while ensuring complete project documentation and operational readiness

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related discipline; Master's degree is an advantage
• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction project management, including significant experience managing large-scale real estate developments
• Proven leadership experience overseeing high-value residential, commercial, or mixed-use construction projects
• Strong understanding of project planning, contract administration, construction methodologies, cost control, and risk management
• Excellent knowledge of local construction regulations, building codes, and HSE standards
• Strong commercial awareness with experience managing consultants, contractors, and multiple project stakeholders
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software such as MS Project or Primavera
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
