The Role
This role is responsible for supporting the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of solar power systems and related equipment. You will work closely with customers, distributors, and technical teams to ensure reliable system performance, strong after-sales support, and high customer satisfaction

Description
- Provide technical support and after-sales service for installed solar systems and equipment
- Diagnose and repair faults in solar inverters, controllers, batteries, and electrical systems
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize system downtime
- Conduct site visits for troubleshooting, repair, commissioning, and technical inspections
- Assist with installation and configuration of solar systems during project deployment
- Coordinate with distributors, customers, and internal technical teams to resolve service issues efficiently
- Support warranty claims, spare parts coordination, and technical follow-up activities
- Train distributors, field teams, and end users on product usage, maintenance, and safety procedures
- Maintain accurate service records, maintenance logs, and technical documentation
- Conduct testing and quality checks to ensure repaired systems meet operational and safety standards
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve product reliability and service processes
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related technical field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in solar systems, electrical service, or technical support roles
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repairing solar inverters, controllers, batteries, and related equipment
- Good understanding of solar systems and electrical infrastructure
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and customer service mindset
- Willingness to travel for site support and field service activities
- Ability to work independently and in outdoor operational environments
