The Role
This role is responsible for supporting the management of warehouse and logistics operations while ensuring inventory accuracy, efficient material flow, and cost-effective distribution to support manufacturing and customer requirements

Description
- Manage warehouse and logistics operations to ensure efficient material flow
- Maintain inventory accuracy and optimize warehouse utilization
- Coordinate inbound and outbound transportation activities
- Monitor warehouse KPIs including inventory accuracy, OTIF, and logistics costs
- Improve warehouse processes and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety and inventory management standards
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and planning teams
- Lead warehouse staff and support continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management
- Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations
- Experience with ERP/WMS systems is an advantage
- Good leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
