The Role

This role is responsible for supporting the management of warehouse and logistics operations while ensuring inventory accuracy, efficient material flow, and cost-effective distribution to support manufacturing and customer requirements

Description

• Manage warehouse and logistics operations to ensure efficient material flow
• Maintain inventory accuracy and optimize warehouse utilization
• Coordinate inbound and outbound transportation activities
• Monitor warehouse KPIs including inventory accuracy, OTIF, and logistics costs
• Improve warehouse processes and operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with safety and inventory management standards
• Collaborate with procurement, production, and planning teams
• Lead warehouse staff and support continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems is an advantage
• Good leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
