The Role
You will lead the mechanical engineering function, ensuring production equipment operates efficiently through preventive maintenance, reliability improvement, and engineering best practices

Description
- Lead mechanical maintenance and engineering operations
- Develop maintenance strategies to minimize downtime
- Improve equipment reliability and plant efficiency
- Manage engineering projects and equipment upgrades
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Optimize maintenance planning and spare parts management
- Ensure compliance with safety and engineering standards
- Lead and develop the mechanical engineering team
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of industrial electrical engineering experience
- At least 5 years in an engineering management role
- Experience within FMCG or manufacturing industries
- Strong knowledge of power systems and industrial maintenance
