The Role

You will lead the mechanical engineering function, ensuring production equipment operates efficiently through preventive maintenance, reliability improvement, and engineering best practices

Description

• Lead mechanical maintenance and engineering operations
• Develop maintenance strategies to minimize downtime
• Improve equipment reliability and plant efficiency
• Manage engineering projects and equipment upgrades
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
• Optimize maintenance planning and spare parts management
• Ensure compliance with safety and engineering standards
• Lead and develop the mechanical engineering team

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of industrial electrical engineering experience
• At least 5 years in an engineering management role
• Experience within FMCG or manufacturing industries
• Strong knowledge of power systems and industrial maintenance
