• Responsible for Odoo Application Management, IT Security, General Technical & Project Support, Cross Functional Support
• Salary up to 6,000,000 MMK plus Other Benefits

About the Company

The Role

• Maintenance and customization of the ERP system, covering modules like Finance, Payroll, HR, etc
• Manage projects with Odoo subcontractors, ensure comprehensive testing and documentation, and handle server and database configurations
• Manage security strategies and audits, and oversee the improvement of technology architecture for security and efficiency
• Involvement in analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation phases of technology projects
• Provide programming support and create technical documentation, ensure the security and reliability of essential software
• Offer assistance to Educational Technology and Systems and Support teams, aiming to improve school system efficiencies
• Fulfill other tasks as directed by the supervisor, including but not limited to, supporting technology upgrades, participating in continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or IT
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in similar role
• Strong experience in Python, PostgreSQL and Linux OS, with the ability to develop an understanding of Odoo's MVC architecture, data models, and framework. Technical and functional knowledge of Odoo is preferred
• Good experience in project management, server deployment, troubleshooting, and web server security being essential
• Excellent communication skills in English is a must
