• Responsible for the daily operations of all technology which includes user support/help desk, application support and business-related applications

Description

• Provide technology support for front end application user support and end user device support by using strong communication, problem solving and customer service skills
• Provide best-in-class customer service to meet the desktop technology needs of end-users
• Proactively understand end-user computing and desktop technology needs
• Support User Acceptance Testing
• Provide quick response and utilize problem solving skills to resolve escalated requests from the Service Desk regarding Endpoint issues/needs via telephone, email and desk-side support

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Engineering or related field preferred
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in infrastructure support and helpdesk support
• Good experience in Microsoft Windows 10 and 11, Mobile Device End user, virtualization technologies VMware and Hyper-V
• Proficient in written and spoken English
